Three packages, priced up front. Two of them buy you a set block of my time; the third is priced to get a property finished. The difference matters, so it's spelled out on each one below.

Light Cleaning

$79+ GST
$90.85 incl. GST
for 2 hours, one cleaner
Extra hour $30 + GST ($34.50 incl. GST)
  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Dust and wipe window sills
  • Vacuum and mop the floors
  • Clean kitchen benches and stove top
  • Clean bathrooms and toilets
  • General tidy-up

How this one works

You're booking two hours of my time, and I'll get through as much as two hours allows — starting with what matters most to you. If your place needs longer, add hours at $30 + GST each. For a first clean, or a place that hasn't had one in a while, Deep Cleaning is usually the better fit.

Deep Cleaning

for 2 hours, one cleaner
Extra hour $45 + GST ($51.75 incl. GST)

Everything in Light Cleaning, plus:

  • Deep clean of bathrooms
  • Wipe down of skirting boards and doors
  • Clean inside windows and sills
  • Cobwebs removed from corners
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Kitchen deep clean
  • Oven and fridge deep clean (at extra charge)

How this one works

Same as Light Cleaning — you're booking two hours, and deep work takes longer per room, so tell me which rooms matter most and I'll start there. Most places need more than two hours for a full deep clean; extra hours are $45 + GST.

How this one works

This package isn't sold by the hour. It's priced by the size of the property and I stay until it's done. You're buying a finished result to hand back to a landlord or agent, not a block of time.
