This policy explains what personal information Denvora collects through this website and when you use its cleaning services, why it's collected, and what you can do about it. Denvora handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.
What Denvora collects
When you send an enquiry through this website, Denvora receives what you enter in the form: your name, your email address or phone number, the part of Auckland you're in, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message.
If you go on to book a clean, Denvora may also collect the details needed to do the job and get paid, such as the property's address, how to get in, and billing details.
Why it's collected
Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, to quote for and carry out the work you ask for, to invoice you, and to keep the business records the law requires. It isn't used for anything else, and it's never sold.
Where your information goes
Your enquiry is sent to Denvora by email. The website doesn't keep its own copy in a database.
Service providers that host the website and deliver and store email handle your information on Denvora's behalf. Some of them may store it outside New Zealand. Your information is only shared with anyone else if you agree to it or the law requires it.
How long it's kept
Enquiries are kept only for as long as they're useful for dealing with you. If you become a customer, records of the work and payments are kept for as long as New Zealand tax law requires.
Using this website
The contact form uses a security check to confirm it's being filled in by a person rather than an automated program. Like any website, the providers that host the site and supply parts of it, such as its fonts, receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
Denvora doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies, and doesn't track you across other websites.
Seeing and correcting your information
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information Denvora holds about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if it's wrong. Get in touch using the details at the bottom of this page. Denvora will reply as soon as possible, and within 20 working days.
Concerns and complaints
If you're concerned about how your information has been handled, please get in touch first so it can be put right. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
